The course outline

This innovative programme develops improvement and project leads over 18 months by embedding essential business and administrative tools to drive lean and agile growth.

The programme has been built to encourage cross function working with all staff focused on strategy, project management, people and process design.

A work-based project delivered as part of the course will provide practical support to the learner and real value into the organisation over the 18 months of the programme.
