This Level 6 programme is for organisations that want to improve howservices are experienced by users, customers, citizens and staff. It developsprofessionals who can redesign services end-to-end using a user-centred,evidence-led and collaborative approach.

The programme helps learners improve complex services across public,private and third-sector settings. It is particularly well suited to organisationsworking across multiple teams, channels and stakeholder groups.Learners also develop practical AI capability through embedded AI learning,enabling them to identify opportunities for AI adoption, evaluate solutionsand support responsible organisational transformation.

What support is available throughout the course to help me pass?

You will have a dedicated Professional Learning Mentor to support you throughout the programme. All Learners will also be provided with an online portfolio and Virtual Learning Environment. These will contain literature, videos and podcasts covering leadership and management theory. Plus, you'll have the unwavering support of your fellow cohort learners and a 6,000 strong alumni network.

I haven't done any formal learning for a long time, does that matter?

You aren't alone! The programmes are designed to support Learners who have not been in formal learning for a while. Through blended learning, a range of tasks and your dedicated Professional Learning mentor, you will be fully supported from day one to ensure success.

Do I need to attend the training in person?

Each programme has a range of professional learning events which are hosted online. We host bi-annual Leadership Conferences and we strongly encourage our Learners to attend in-person. We want to be as flexible as possible for Learners to be able to take part in our courses so it can fit alongside your other commitments.

What qualifications do I need to take an apprenticeship?

This depends on the level of the apprenticeship you are interested in.
