I haven't done any formal learning for a long time, does that matter?

You aren't alone! The programmes are designed to support Learners who have not been in formal learning for a while. Through blended learning, a range of tasks and your dedicated Professional Learning mentor, you will be fully supported from day one to ensure success.

Do I need to attend the training in person?

Each programme has a range of professional learning events which are hosted online. We host bi-annual Leadership Conferences and we strongly encourage our Learners to attend in-person. We want to be as flexible as possible for Learners to be able to take part in our courses so it can fit alongside your other commitments.

What qualifications do I need to take an apprenticeship?

This depends on the level of the apprenticeship you are interested in.

We work hard to ensure everyone who can benefit from our programmes can join where possible so please get in touch so we can understand more about your qualifications and experience and how we can help you with your professional development.
